1. Please attach a basic list of the merchandise, goods/food items you intend to sell.
2. Please attach a basic diagram (or) picture of your set-up and estimated measurements. Include any other details that you may believe are important.

RULES & REGULATIONS FOR FOOD CONCESSIONS
ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS AND CARD-ROOM VENDORS
The Arlee Celebration Committee welcomes the Business Owner and is delighted that you selected to partake in the festivities with the Annual Fourth of July Arlee Celebration. Mentioned is a list of the rules and regulations to ensure Native American preference along with good business to all Entrepreneurs.
2. The Arlee Celebration Committee will not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft or damages.
4. Native American preference will be given to those that will be doing business and selling goods/merchandise that is relevant to the Native American culture.
7. Business Owners cost per-rental space will be within an ESTIMATED of no more than a 20x20 square-foot area. The overall balanced cost for the Arts and Crafts rental space will be in the flat-rate amount of $400.00 dollars per-rental space. The overall balanced cost for the Food Concessions rental space will be in the flat-rate amount of $500.00 dollars per-rental space. The overall balanced cost for the Card-Room will be in the flat-rate amount of $200.00 dollars per-table. (Water & Electrical Services is not completely assured or guaranteed).
8. The rental space can not and will not be reserved to the Business Owner until there is honest payment in full. **The Arlee Celebration Committee will only accept payment by cash, certified check or money order. Thereafter, no refunds or partial refund will be given for any reason**.
10. Business Owners are prohibited from operating raffles, gambling devices, arcade games and any other games of chance unless otherwise approved by the Arlee Celebration committee.
12. Business Owners are prohibited from displaying, selling or advertising any merchandise or items depicting alcohol or drug use. Meaning any items that are considered drug paraphernalia, items depicting alcohol brand names or business names and/or items depicting illegal drugs.
14. Business Owners are prohibited from displaying, selling, or advertising any merchandise or items considered weapons to persons under the age of eighteen. Laser lights are prohibited regardless of the age of the customer. Spray foam, “sticky hands”, “Toys / Novelty” and/or any aerosol cans are prohibited.
16. Applications for Business Owners are approved on a first come, first paid, first served, space available basis and furthermore, in accordance with the foregoing rules and regulations.
