For all of you to know.....We intend to honor our word in a good-way. Our
philosophy goes way.....back to the time when our Ancestors utilized their word
as honorable. Amongst each other.....once our word was given, it was accepted
and without doubt was thereafter considered
good.
With pleasure, we
invite the Entrepreneur as a Vendor for the 110th. Fourth of July
Arlee Celebration. Enclosed is the Business Owner application, along with the
Rules and Regulations for the Arts/Crafts &
Concessionaires.
Should you select
to participate at the Arlee Pow-Wow this year, please send your signed
application and payment in full

and the Arlee Celebration Committee unless I am
notified in writing that I have been approved and or selected to partake in
business.

RULES
& REGULATIONS FOR FOOD CONCESSIONS
AND
ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS
The Arlee Celebration
Committee welcomes the Business Owner and is delighted that you selected to
partake in the festivities with the Annual Fourth of July Arlee Celebration.
Mentioned is a list of the rules and regulations to ensure Native American
preference along with good business to all
Entrepreneurs.
1.
The Arlee Celebration Committee’s
decisions are final with all
who are approved to partake and engage in business with the Fourth of July Arlee
Celebration.
2.
The Arlee Celebration Committee will
not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft or
damages.
3.
Native American preference will be
given to the selections of available space.
4.
Native American preference will be
given to those that will be doing business and selling goods that are relevant
to the Native American culture.
5.
Emergency accesses will be enforced / abided by to ensure
necessary services for electrical, public health, police and
sanitation.
6.
Business Owners will be subject to
inspection by Sanitation Officials. All vendors will be required to
dispose of their used water appropriately via sanitation
regulations.
7.
Business Owner cost for rented space
will be ESTIMATED
within a 20x20 square foot area. The balanced cost for the Arts and Crafts
space will be in the amount of $400.00 dollars and the balanced cost for
the Food Concessions space will be in the amount of $500.00 dollars. (Electrical Services is not
completely assured or
guaranteed).
8.
The rental space can not and will not
be reserved to the Business Owner until there is honest payment in full.
**The Arlee Celebration Committee will
only accept payment by cash, certified check or money order.
Thereafter, no refunds or partial refund will be given for any
reason**.
9.
All Rights Reserved. The Annual Fourth
of July Celebration prohibits any displaying, selling, advertising or
representation of any items which may reflect the Annual Arlee
Celebration.
10.Business
Owners are prohibited from operating gambling devices, video and arcade
games, and games of chance.
11.Business
Owners are prohibited from selling any tobacco items or items used for tobacco
consumption (excluding lighters) to persons under the age of
eighteen.
12.Business
Owners are prohibited from displaying, selling or advertising any items
depicting alcohol or drug use. Meaning any items that are considered drug
paraphernalia, items depicting alcohol brand names and items depicting illegal
drugs.
13.Business
Owners are prohibited from displaying, selling, or advertising any items that
may be considered pornography.
14.Business
Owners are prohibited from displaying, selling, or advertising any items
considered weapons to persons under the age of eighteen. Laser lights are
prohibited regardless of the age of the customer. Spray foam, “sticky hands”,
“Toys /
Novelty” and any aerosol cans are
prohibited.
15.Business
Owners are prohibited from “Subleasing”
their assigned space to another Concession or
Vendor.
16.Applications for Business Owners are
approved on a first
come, first paid, first served, space available basis and
furthermore, in accordance with the foregoing rules and
regulations.
17.Based
upon these rules and regulations, the Arlee Celebration Committee may reserve
the right to terminate any Business Certificate.
18.Business
Owners must at all times have the Business Certificate either posted or
available upon request for verification.
